Curtis Custom Residence

This project is a full custom home plan created for a private residence in McKean, Pennsylvania. The drawings show a complete two-story home design with a full basement and an attached garage, planned to be functional and easy to build from.

The plan set includes detailed layouts for both floors, along with exterior elevations that show how the home will look from each side. Roof plans are also included to guide framing and roofing work.

To support construction, the documents also include electrical layouts and schedules that help with planning doors and windows. Overall, this is a full “start-to-finish” drawing set intended for permits, pricing, and building.
